There are many IT systems at the university where you have to log in (authenticate) with a user ID and a password. Usually you use the same user ID for all systems, but often with different passwords. The fact that you have to use different passwords is partly intentional to increase security and partly due to technical requirements.
The user ID consists of:
the first letter of the first name + the first five letters of the last name + number of the department (here 2) + status (e.g. s for student or m for employee)
Example: The student of FB02 Max Mustermann would have the user ID mmuste2s.
For frequently occurring combinations, the last digits of the last name are padded with digits to five digits or overwritten with a consecutive number.

The default password is used for logging in
The password first corresponds to the default password and must be changed separately.
The Windows password of the INF-POOL domain is used
The WiFi password is used to access the Wireless LAN via SSIDs "H-BRS" and "Eduroam".
